Pumpkin Carving

Tonight we had a great time carving pumpkins.  Tayler sat at the table and watched Daddy carve both of her pumpkins that she got at the pumpkin patches.  We are excited for her first Halloween tomorrow!

Trip to the Park

Since it was such a nice fall day I decided to take Tayler up to the park to swing and go down the slides.  She had a great time watching the other kids play and even tolerated sitting in the grass!

Rolling and Exploring

I had to add a picture of Tayler in her colorful outfit.  My friend Sangeeta bought this for her and it's so cute!  Today Tayler got a new toy, the Learning Snail.  She likes watching it roll around and she's already figured out how to push the buttons to start the music.  She's also been trying to crawl or scoot around.  But it ends up being more rolling and exploring!  She usually starts on her blanket but is soon on the other side of the room under the coffee table!

Neighborhood Fall Festival

This was the first year Matt and I participated in the Neighborhood Festival.  It's geared towards kids so we thought this would be a great time to check it out!  Tayler picked out her own pumpkin at the pumpkin patch, tried touching the horses, and even went on the swings!  By the end of the festivities she was pooped!

Feeding time is always a joy!  Sweet potatoes everywhere, cereal all over mommy and Tayler's favorite part of her meal is when she gets to try and feed herself!  We've also been trying to introduce the sippy cup but so far it's just a new toy to throw on the ground!

Twinkle Toes

I had to add some pictures of Tayler in her Princess pj's!  They have built in ballet slippers. Nothing like getting her started early for those dance recitals!

My first blog!

So... I finally decided to figure out this blog thing!  I have a feeing it will be easier than trying to send out monthly pictures of Tayler!  Also, you'll be able to get on whenever you want to see what the Clair family is up to!  So we'll see how this goes!!

On Friday October 10th we found out Tayler had her first double ear infection.  So now she is on her first antibiotic and so far doing well.  Mom and Dad on the other hand caught whatever virus it was that Tayler had and we were sicker than dogs all weekend!  I'm sure Tayler caught this virus at "school," so today she got a free pass and is staying home with Mom who still doesn't feel that great. :(
